Sometimes, the best conversations happen while walking side by side. 

I offer Walk and Talk Therapy in Glasgow, combining the benefits of traditional counselling with the grounding, calming effects of being outdoors in nature. This approach allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a more relaxed, natural setting, where movement and fresh air can bring clarity and calm. 

Walk and Talk Therapy can be particularly helpful if you find it easier to open up while walking or prefer not to sit in a counselling room. Many clients find that being outside helps reduce anxiety, lifts mood, and promotes a greater sense of wellbeing. 

I offer two session lengths to suit your needs. 

  • 60-minute session - £50
  • 90-minute session - £75

Our sessions will take place in an agreed outdoor location in Glasgow that feels comfortable and accessible for you. As with all my counselling work, your privacy and confidentiality remain a top priority.
